How will I listen to my protected podcasts?
You can listen in your preferred podcast app. (See below for a complete list of supported apps.)
After you enter your email address, you’ll get a unique link. Tap the link to open the podcast in your podcast app. A small number of apps may require users to copy their URL and paste it directly into the app.
Can I use my current podcast app?
We support Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Podcast Addict, Castbox, BeyondPod, Downcast, PlayerFM, Breaker, and RadioPublic.
Sorry, but we do not support Stitcher, Podbean, or NPR One.
You’ll also be able to listen to the podcast online.
I already subscribe to The Mojo Record Club podcast – what do I need to do?
You will need to cancel your current podcast subscription which will ensure no further payments are taken. Payments are non-refundable and you will not be able to get any refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unconsumed content but you will now have access to the podcast via the Mojo VIP Club. To cancel, go to the "Account" page on The Mojo Record Club | Membership (supportingcast.fm) follow the instructions for cancellation. When you cancel your podcast subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click "Billing details" on the "Account" page. You will have access to the content via your Mojo VIP Club membership and will need to follow the instructions on how to redeem this. Access to the podcast will remain active whilst you have a paid for Mojo VIP Club Membership. If the Mojo VIP Club Membership expires or is cancelled access to the podcast will cease.
